Refund Policy

Our refund policy is subject to the terms and conditions of the individual suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.). Before booking, we advise customers to review these policies.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • If allowed by the supplier’s policy, cancellations will be processed by Harman Travel. However, refunds are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • Refunds for cancelled bookings may take up to X weeks to process, depending on the supplier and the method of payment used.

Changes to Bookings

  • Changes to bookings are subject to availability and the supplier’s policy. Additional charges may apply.
  • Harman Travel may charge a service fee for facilitating changes.

Force Majeure

Neither Harman Travel nor the customer shall be held liable for failure to execute the booking if such failure is caused by or due to acts of God, government restrictions, wars, insurrections, or any other cause beyond the control of the parties.
